When I saw that pork tenderloin was on sale, I looked up some recipes and decided to make Grilled Pork Tenderloin a La Rodriguez with Guava Glaze and Orange Habanero by Bobby Flay. Not only were the reviews good, but it also put to use a jar of guava jelly that I didn't know what to do with. The glaze and the pork came out well, but I really didn't care for the mojo. Most people who left reviews for the recipe seemed to like it, though. It tasted a bit too sour to me, and I actually like sour but not like it tasted in the mojo. Perhaps it had to do with the orange juice that I used, but on its own it tasted good, so I don't know. I think I probably won't use the recipe again, but it was worth a try.
